With more than 80% of the residential area produced under the French NF HQE certification guaranteeing High Environmental Quality, Pierreval Group is a commited on sustainable developement. It applies the same requirement to its tertiary programs which all benefit from international BREAM certification.

Our History
Founded 30 years ago in Poitiers, Pierreval Groupe started as a real estate agency before opening its first property development agency in Paris in 2000.
