With more than 80% of the residential area produced under the French NF HQE certification guaranteeing High Environmental Quality, PierreVal Group is a committed on sustainable developement. It applies the same requirement to its tertiary programs which all benefit from international BREAM certification.
In Vietnam, building on our international expertise, PierreVal develops projects tailored to Vietnam’s rapidly evolving urban landscape and increasing environmental challenges.

With over 17 years of experience in the construction sector across Southeast Asia, Antoine Danielli currently leads PierreVal Vietnam in its journey toward sustainable development in the Vietnamese market, while bringing a distinct French spirit and signature to each project. At the Green Economy Forum 2025, he shared strategic insights on sustainable housing, emphasizing the importance of long-term thinking, efficient development models, and green solutions. Guided by this vision, PierreVal Vietnam is committed to creating resilient, sustainable communities that deliver lasting value for the future.

Our History
Founded over 30 years ago in Poitiers, France, PierreVal Group began as a real estate company before expanding its scope with the establishment of its first property development entity in Paris in 2000.
Through a steady and sustainable growth journey, PierreVal has progressively strengthened its position in the French market, building a comprehensive ecosystem across the real estate value chain.
Building on this foundation, PierreVal has set its sights on international expansion, with Vietnam identified as a strategic market driven by strong growth potential and an increasing demand for sustainable development. The company officially entered Vietnam in 2022, laying the groundwork for long-term investment and development activities.
Looking ahead to 2026, PierreVal Vietnam is set to launch its first project, marking a key milestone in bringing its vision of sustainable housing models to life—tailored to Vietnam’s rapid urbanization and evolving environmental challenges.
