Since entering the Vietnamese market in 2022, PierreVal has been steadily laying the groundwork for its first major milestone — the launch of its flagship project, Arcadia at Lavila, in South Saigon.
Expected to debut in 2026, Arcadia at Lavila is more than a high-rise residential development. It represents a refined convergence of French elegance and Vietnam’s dynamic lifestyle — where nature, architecture, and community come together in harmony.
